| Daniel Frutiger has a wealth of experience, as he has gathered skills and knowledge while he has been working as a chef in International Hotels and Restaurants. One would assume he enjoys more than pan-frying. By the looks of things he prefers to sauté.
His experience began overseas with training in Switzerland, England and Canada in well known establishments, before coming to Australia. He had the position of Senior Sous Chef in charge of the San Francisco Grill at The Hilton, Sydney. Following this Daniel opened his own restaurant, Frutiger’s, in Manly where customers enjoyed his contemporary style of cooking for 4 years.
