All meals include coffee, teas, Swiss chocolate and Petit Four. The way you select your courses depends on the style of function you are having. You may want entree, main then dessert, or 2 entrees and a main. Alternatively, you may choose finger food, entree, main and cheese as your 4 courses. It's entirely up to you, we offer custom made dinners of your choice.
